Elmer began his real estate career as a top producing loan officer, closing over $450 million in just three years. In 2005, he made the transition to selling real estate, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge about the lending process. In 2018, he was ranked as one of the top 250 Latino agents in the United States by the NAHREP. Married for over 27 years with three children and two grandchildren, Elmer is passionate about his family.
